Good clean fun!
Saturday 12th July, a week after the Chevy Chase I ran from Linhope to Wooler. At the start the sun was dazzling on the waters of Linhope Spout, the pool tempting for a dip.Then heading up Hedgehope clouds blew in and hinted of the coming rain. As I paced along parts of the Chevy Chase route, I saw not a soul and found not a scrap of litter, no trace of all those walkers and runners, the wilderness remains.
